On Melee Attacks

Due to the issue of balancing out characters there should of course be an in depth look at how some types of combat compare to others. During this search, based on the way the current system is built for Shadowrun 4e, I have determined that there was originally little to no reason (statistically) to play a melee character. They do less damage and gain no benefit. Therefor, I have ruled that with melee weaponry you deal Strength/2 + Body/2 instead of half strength for damage.
